The long trip to Beijing: What to expect?

It's 12:30pm Tuesday July 31st.

I'm at Pearson Airport in Toronto preparing to board Air Canada flight #31 to Beijing, China. I'm pleased to learn that the 13-hour flight is non-stop service.
