S&P Affirms MBIA, Ambac

St&ard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its rating on MBIA Inc. & Ambac Financial Group Inc. on Monday, saying it appears the troubled bond insurers will raise enough cash to pay the claims they are likely to face.
